Our School Council is a key part of the Wood End Infant and Pre-School community, offering children the opportunity to have a voice in the running of the school and to contribute to decisions that affect their education. The School Council is made up of elected representatives from each year group who work together to improve school life.
The council members meet regularly to discuss ideas, raise issues, and suggest improvements. They play an active role in organizing events, fundraising, and helping to shape school policies, ensuring that the views of all pupils are heard and valued.
Being part of the School Council helps children develop leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, as well as a sense of responsibility and pride in their school.
